    Survey Party Chief

    We are seeking a Survey Party Chief for our Washington, PA office. In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to manage field surveying work such as pipeline corridor surveys, topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, and GPS. We are seeking an energetic, adaptable and solution oriented person who possesses at least 5 years of field survey experience and at least 3 years of experience as a Party Chief. This person will be able to take and follow instructions but also be able to think independently. This person will be able to demonstrate experience in boundary and ALTA, topographic, aerial ground control, construction layout, utility and horizontal/vertical control surveys. Candidates must be proficient with data collectors and data collection techniques, conventional field notes and sketches, total stations, leveling, and in reporting accurate survey information resulting from the field work. The ability to perform office survey calculations is a plus. This position may require overnight travel on a weekly basis.

    Instrument Person

    We are seeking a Instrument Person for our Washington, PA office. In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to work as part of a field crew performing field surveying work such as pipeline corridor surveys, topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, and GPS. We are seeking an energetic, adaptable and solution oriented person who possesses at least 3 years of field survey experience. This person will be able to take and follow instructions but also be able to think independently.     Rod Person

    We are seeking a Rod Person for our Washington, PA office. In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to work as part of a field crew performing field surveying work such as pipeline corridor surveys, topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, and GPS. We are seeking an energetic, adaptable and solution oriented person who possesses at least 1 year of field survey experience. This position may require overnight travel on a weekly basis.

    Survey Technician

    Seeking a Survey Technician with experience with Civil 3D 2011 performing pipeline corridor surveys that include a knowledge of pipelines and well pad sites that would/may include; routing, constructability, stakeout, as-built and generation of construction alignment sheets and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans (ESCGP). Additional skills include; courthouse deed research, deed description interpretation, boundary evidence recovery that impacts the subject property and right-of-way pipeline corridor.

    CAD Tech

    The CAD Tech performs and completes drawing packages with guided assistance with a focus on adherence to CAD standards and data management procedures with an emphasis to the oil and gas market sector

    • Completes design tasks associated with production drawings with minimal assistance
    • Update and alter drawings as requested
    • Create preliminary site layout plans and preliminary concept plans
    • Incorporate rough draft sketches, drawings, redlines, etc. into the plans sets as provided
    • Create design layouts of utility facilities including plans, details, cross sections, then provide a final deliverable plan set with detailed guidance from Engineers, Project Managers and experienced CAD Staff
    • Perform QA/QC on all work

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in CAD
    • Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Design (CADD) or Certificate from a technical school
    • Must have knowledge of AutoCAD LT as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must have good math, communication, and organization skills

    Engineer Technician

    The Engineer Technician works with Engineers to help plan and design all aspects of natural gas distribution pipeline projects

    • PA 811 Design OneCall implementation and coordination
    • Perform field visits during the design phase to the existing or proposed site, or both, create and record field notes and measurements
    • Assist with coordination of project permits on a local, county or state level
    • Assist with preliminary and final designs
    • Assist in coordinating and communicating with various client department personnel to determine project scope, design planning, and address client expectations
    • Ability to multi-task between multiple projects at various stages of design and construction
    • Coordinate on a regular basis with the distribution pipeline Engineers
    • Perform QA/QC of all work prior to submission to the Engineer
    • Assist in researching new projects received from the client

    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering field of study
    • Entry level engineering position, no experience required
    • Strong understanding of basic engineering fundamentals

    Engineer (Distribution Gas Pipeline Systems)

    The Engineer (Distribution Gas Pipeline Systems) plans and designs all aspects of natural gas distribution pipeline

    • PA 811 Design OneCall implementation and coordination
    • Perform field visits during the design phase to the existing or proposed site, or both, and create and record field notes and measurements
    • Coordinate and communicate with outside government entities to determine project permit requirements on a local, county or state level
    • Complete preliminary and final designs
    • Coordinate and communicate with various client department personnel to determine project scope, design planning, and address client expectations
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects at various stages of design and construction
    • Coordinate on a regular basis with the distribution pipeline Project Manager
    • Perform QA/QC of all work prior to submission to the Project Manager
    • Research information regarding new projects assigned by the Project Manager

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
    • Candidate must have 1+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong understanding of basic engineering fundamentals
    • Ability to interact positively and professionally with other employees as well as interaction with the client
    • Strong technical, communication, and verbal skills
    • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
